Brief Answer:
Your semen analysis findings may indicate reduced sperm count.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate reduced total sperm count. It should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Your findings suggest total sperm count 9.4 millions/ml,so it is low.

Motility is normal.Normally it should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests over all 73% good motility,so it is normal.

Besides proper clinical evaluation you may need few investigation like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, hormone assay, ultrasound of scrotum.

You should do exercise and take nutritious diet.
You can also take anti-oxidants and avoid tight undergarments.
You should avoid alcohol and smoking if you take these things.
