Brief Answer:
she will need Surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The sonogram tells that she has non cancer mass of her ovaries.

This does not mean it's urgent.

But yes since the size of mass is more than 5 cms, it is unlikely that it will reduce on its own.

It will definitely need Surgery.

The chances of her getting completely cured after Surgery are very high.
