Brief Answer:
Please repeat test in a better laboratory
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sperm count is low as per report.
I feel complete report itself is wrong and done from untrained persons.
Please get it repeated from a standard laboratory in nearby big city.

Brief Answer:
It is not possible to increase if sperm count is so low
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Honestly it is quite difficult and almost not possible to increase such a low count. What you need are tests to determine why the count is so low. Cliniical examination of scrotum is needed to look for varicocele. Scrotal doppler is needed to check for varicocele.
I will recommend you visit an urologist who will know about the tests I described.
Alternatively, it may be a good idea to repeat the test again at a different laboratory to confirm findings. If the second lab report is in line with present one, then in my opinion, the next step will be to consult an urologist.
Please let me know if you need any more clarifications.
