I have reviewed your report. Every other aspect to me is normal but for the concentration that I cannot tell what 21.6 means. I will need the units of this. The bet thing to do is to take a snapshot of the results or forward the pdf to me for full interpretation.

However, we only need one sperm to get a lady pregnant. Though the chances are slim with a low count, there is still always a possibility to get this through.
