What Does The Following Sperm Count Report Indicate?

Question: Sperm count -48 million/ml.ph-7.4,sluggishly motile-10%,dead/non motile - 20%, Wbc- 5-6 /hpf,morphology- 75% normal rest are pin headed,off tailed.actively motile - 70% for 1st hour, 65%,60% for 2&3 hour.
Impression - normal study.

Fasting blood sugar - 98mg/dl
Post prandial blood sugar - 88 mg/dl.
