I saw the report and understand the increased risk of trisomy 21 as per report.
The combined risk of blood test and ultrasound is high as per reports attached.
She needs to undergo amniocentesis to analyze the accurate risk for the baby for possibility of trisomy 21. Based on reports you can consider terminating pregnancy only if there is positive amniocentesis for trisomy 21.
Many times amniocentesis result will be negative and it will be safe to continue pregnancy. Therefore I don't see reason to terminate pregnancy. Get amniocentesis done to be on a safer side.
