Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query and after going through attached reports, my opinion is as follows:
1. WBC is mildly low along with mildly elevated red cell indices like MCV, RDW. Also Platelet indices are mildly elevated. All this points towards a early Vit B12 deficiency. The Vit B12 appears to be normal, however, due to ongoing inflammation (esophagitis and tonsil abscess), it might not be being used properly.
2. Mildly elevated indirect bilirubin along with SGPT indicates possible hemolysis due to ongoing infection. Not to worry, it will reduce. Hope you are not overweight/ obese. If yes, lipid values requires elevation as increased cholesterol can lead on to fatty liver and have abnormal values.
3. Vit D is deficient. Sun exposure along with Vit D supplements will help.
Overall,
a. if overweight, weight reduction along with lipid profile.
b. Vit B12, Vit d supplement along with sun exposure.
c. Controlling inflammation and infection. Antacids, reduction of stress and proton pump inhibitors like esmoprazole can be taken.
At present, no complications, looking at the values. There is not much deviation. Only Vit D low, is serious issue. It can affect calcium levels and weaken bone.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Not HIV based on available reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
1. CBC shows no evidence of infection. Its a mild infection or superficial ulcer. If you are sure its a abscess, you can get a swab done in microbiology laboratory and get it cultured to identify the type of organism.
2. If acid reflux is solved, well and good.
3. There seems to be no infections based on your CBC. Get a C-reactive protein levels and an ESR done. If increased, signifies inflammation.
4. You can try salt water gargling, it will be helpful for dry cough. If severe cough is causing pain like in chest, you can take Linctus codeine sulphate syrup to reduce cough.
5. Need to relax. why is stress present?
6. No HIV based on available results. Low count of lymphocytes usually lymphocytes CD4 and CD8 ratio reversing occurs. Your lymphocytes are within normal range. Not HIV based on reports available.
7. Taking antibiotics may not help, unless there is an infection. If Abscess is deep, drainage is necessary, then only antibiotics will work.
8. Weight loss is due to dehydration, stress and low nutrition. Take plenty of water. Its not HIV at present. Weight loss is normal in stressful periods due to malnutrition and low hydration.
Hope it helps.
