Brief Answer:
Normal thyroid test, but Early XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded reports in details as well.

These thyroid tests are absolutely well within the normal limits.

As far as other tests are concerned, you seem to have an early stage of Iron deficiency anemia/IDA(here serum iron levels can be normal) with low levels of Calcium.

For this, I advise you to get serum vitamin D.vitamin B12 levels at the earliest.

Correction with oral iron and vitamin D, B12 will normalize Sr Calcium levels along with RDW and MCHC.

Pertaining to slightly elevated lymphocyte and basophil count, this can be an indirect effect of Iron deficiency anemia.

The mild abnormalities on lipid profile are minor and do not need any therapeutic correction at the moment.

To Conclude-

1.Normal thyroid profile.
2. Early Iron def anemia.
3.Need Vit D and B12 testing.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.
