Brief Answer:
Can be Ovarian tumor

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Let me explain to you in detail what your ultrasound shows.

Your ultrasound shows a normal sized uterus but there is a small fibroid. Fibroids are not cancerous and the size is too small to treat it.

A heterogenous myometrium means its irregular. There can be various causes to it like hormonal problems.

Right ovary not found can be either that you have got it operated and if not then it means that the sonologist was not able to see it.

A complex cyst with echoes and mural nodularity means its definitely an ovarian tumor which can be either benign or cancerous.

To find whether its cancerous or not we need to do some tumor marker tests like CA -125, AFP, LDH and also get a CT scan or MRI done.

I will advise that you wait for your appointment next week as its not an emergency.

Best wishes
