Detailed Answer:
Hi, you have Grade 1 prostate enlargement with cystitis. You are on Himplasia which is an Ayurvedic drug from Himalaya company and meant for this. If there is no improvement, do get a routine urine examination also, and consult your doctor if the report shows there is an infection. Also there are excellent allopathic medicines too which they can prescribe like Tamsulosin if needed. Regards

Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, Allopathic drugs for Benign prostatic hypertrophy are--Alfuzocin, Dutasteride, Finasteride, Tamsulosin, Terazocin, Tolterodine, and Doxazocin. A combination of these drugs can also be tried. For example Tamsulosin and Dutasteride or Tamsulosin and Doxazocin. If you have high blood pressure, the second combination would be ideal. Please discuss this with your doctor since all these are prescription drugs. Hope my advise has helped. Regards
