Brief Answer:
Further investigations are required
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the report.
The endometrial thickness is more ( more than 4 mm) which is abnormal in a 69 year old female.
Endometrial biopsy should be done to rule out any carcinoma.
Moreover, a cyst is present in the left ovary. This should be further investigated by Doppler ultrasound and MRI, if required, to rule out any ovarian cancer.
