Brief Answer:
probable urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You recently had a urinary tract analysis that showed both large amount of Leukocyte esterase and Bacteria. These results usually indicate that you may have a urinary tract infection. The symptoms from a UTI would be frequency urgency and burning on urination. If you do not have any of these symptoms then you may have a prostate infection. A prostrate infection may not have any symptoms at all and only show up as an abnormal urine analysis. Men frequently get prostate infections and they do not even know they have them. For either condition UTI or prostate infection you may need treatment with oral antibiotics.

Along with antibiotics I recommend drinking of plenty of fluids. Any fluids will help clean the urinary system and help with the healing process.

In summary
1. Leukocyte esterase and Bacteria 3+ indicate infection
2. UTI or Prostate infection
3. Treatment oral antibiotics
4. Plenty of fluids to help clean urinary tract

I hope this answers your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns or questions
