What Does The Following Urine Analysis Report Indicate?

What does this analysis mean?
Less than 4 RBC/HPF is a Normal value .
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
How are you ?
I have carefully read and evaluated the reports attached by you . The only noticable values are that of Blood Sugar , which are very slightly increased . What you need to do is to repeat the Blood sugar test after few days .
Now coming to your question , RBC means red blood cells ( number of blood cells in common language . HPF means high power field ( field or area of the slide on which urine sample is present under the microscope ) .
If number of blood cells in the field examined under microscope are less than four in number , that means its a normal report and you dont need to worry at all . You have 2-3 RBC/HPF which is under normal range , meaning by your report is normal .
I hope i have answered your query and cleared your doubts to your satisfaction . But if you have any further doubts , please feel free to ask me and if you are satisfied with the answer kindly close the discussion .

Thank u for your valuable feedback regarding, RBC in Urine analysis.
There is a problem of burning sensation while passing urine, which is there very frequently.
Due that , we have done sugar test and CUE.
Seeking for your advice on account of the same.
Kindly get these laboratory tests done .
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern .
Well the most common cause for burning during urination are -
(1) Infection anywhere in the urinary tract
(2) Stone in the urinary tract
So kindly get the following tests done from a good laboratory near you -
(1) Ultrasound of the KUB ( kidneys , ureters , urinary bladder , urethra ) region .
(2) Urine culture and senstivity test
(3) As i advised in my previous answer dont forget to repeat the blood sugar test ( both fasting and post prandial ) as i explained that the values are marginally increased
Once you get these tests done kindly send us the reports for evaluation or consult your doctor with the test reports for the required treatment .
Take Care
Dr Rahul Rathee .
