What Does The Following Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hi there I had a scan this morning and finding read : uterus is anteverted and bulky measuring up to 102cc. There is a posterior wall submucosal fibroid measuring up to 11mm.
The central endometrial echo is thicker measuring up to 22mm. No discrete endometrial masses or fluid.
Right ovary measured 5.4cc and left 14.9cc. There is a 3.5cm simple cyst on the left ovary.
Conclusion: bulky fibroid uterus. Thickened endometrium. Simple left ovarian cyst measured 3.5cm.
I have been bleeding for the last five weeks in the last week flooding with very large blood clots. I have back pain, very tired, weak feeling and my ankles feel tingly for the last two weeks. I have a nauseous feeling.
What does all this mean. Thank you in advance.

Brief Answer:
Anaemia, fibroid uterus with ovarian cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us about it.
I can understand your concern, though.
I have worked through your reports and these are my opinion about it.
-You are anemic, so that you are feeling and then tired, weak and tingling sensation.
-Bleeding is due to fibroid.
-You are sustaining a right side ovarian cyst
In my opinion you should go on your hormonal pills, iron tablet.
Start taking calcium and folic acid.
It is beneficial that your bleeding stopped on the pill, but I think you should consult a gynecologist for fibroid and ovarian cyst removal.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Good luck.
Regards
