Brief Answer:
Suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Well, the sugar is not very well controlled.
I think even more strict control of diet is needed in your case.
Also, consult your endocrinologist, I think the dose of insulin might need to be slightly increased.
I hope an endocrinologist is managing your diabetes, not your routine obstetrician ?
Stretch marks are quite common in pregnancy.
They happen when the skin lacks good quality strength.
That will come from high protein intake ( egg, chana, beans, nuts, chicken, Protinex powder ).
Also, I think you should just massage with coconut oil or Palmer's coco - butter formula.
Both these are quite effective.
Take vitamin C supplements also.
Remain active, and take regular exercise.
Avoid intake of fats.
Some women are more prone to stretch marks, inspite of all precautions.
Follow all precaution, but do not be overtly worried about them , if you develop them inspite of all measures.
These are the ' proud scars of pregnancy ! '.
Hope you are fine otherwise ?
