I suffer from my knees for like 3 years. Every body tell me you should work on your legs make it more stronger, stretch more and I solve the pain. Pain get increase and decrease. I took PRP INJECTION in the knee joint before 16 month and the pain releife. Now starting from more than a month i feel the pain but in other area. Its at the end and side of my kneecap. And i notice that my knee size changed. Pain is 10/10
Am a basketball player, i start to get addicted to the intiflomatroy tablets like (arxocia) and i feel good when I take it. I did MRI yesturday and i send the result in the attatchment. And an image for my knees too. I have finals next week. And many comptition to play in the next two month. Please help me to end this suffer!!

Vigorous sports activity and straining may lead to patellar tendon inflammation.
Infra patellar bursitis may lead to pain.
I will advise you infra patellar bursa aspiration and local steroid injection shot.
Till time you can continue use compressive bandage.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS will help in early healing along with this continues strengthening exercises.
Medicine like Trypsin chymotrypsin will help to reduce swelling.
Blood investigation like RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count, HLA B27 may help to rule out any monoarticular disease.
