this test is not the preferred test for Salmonella typhi and paratyphi because it may be negative early or late during the infection and it may be positive even without infection (cross-reactivity with other antigens). Her creatinine is normal or at least not elevated. Interpreting the tests requires knowing the titers of the local population and the symptoms she had. For example if many people in your country have high titers of O and/or H then 1:80 is not high.

Usually 1:80 is not high anyway. O higher than 1:80 (that is 1:160, 1:320 and so on) is required for the diagnosis of acute infection. Does she have symptoms right now? What kind of symptoms? Was she given any treatment? What kind of treatment? Please provide more details and any other test report you may have.

None of the drugs you've mentioned targets Salmonella. The test was no reason to prescribe antibiotics, so I agree with your doctor on not prescribing antibiotics.

Rabeprazole is against stomach acidity. It covers the whole 24 hours. The antacid suspension is a fast but short-lived medication against acidity. Ferrous ascorbate and folic acid provide iron and folic acid (obviously!), both of which are necessary for red blood cell production. The rest are vitamins.

I'm not sure why your doctor prescribed the aforementioned drugs because you haven't told me your symptoms and the reason you asked for medical help, or the rest of the tests you've done so far.
