Hello
I read your query and I understand your concerns about Polycystic ovary (PCO).
PCO is seen in many women and they conceive naturally. This is not a major problem and does not need treatment as long as you have regular periods.
Let me reassure you that PCO does not lead to infertility.

Thanks. But I read somewhere that it leads to obesity and diabetes. My wieght is 56 and hieght is 5.4. Do I need to exercise regularly and any food diet to be followed.
What were the causes of PCO. In 2013 when I got ultrasound I didnt hv this problem. But this year report showed PCO.

Brief Answer:
Repeat ultrasound scan
Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are not obese . Dont worry. It is better to keep exercising to be healthy and also keep weight under check.
If your earlier scan didn't show PCO then present ultrasound scan is likely to be wrong.
Please repeat transvaginal ultrasound scan in a good infertility centre to check if there is PCO. Because present report is transabdominal and not reliable.
