Brief Answer:
Morphology

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to health care magic.

Your sperm count , motility are excellent. There should be no problem.

Only morphology is lower (3%). This shows presence of abnormal sperms.

This report is incomplete as it does not mention what are abnormalities present.

Therefore I suggest you repeat semen analysis in a different lab to know what type of abnormalities are seen on semen analysis in morphology

Brief Answer:
morphology

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There is infection is semen . That is the reason for agglutination and presence of WBC.

You need to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to confirm infection and medicines it is responsive to.

Morphology should be atleast 4%. If only 3% is normal means 97% is abnormal. We need to check what are different abnormalities upto 97%.

Hence I suggest get semen culture and sensitivity test done along with morphologically abnormal sperm details.
