Brief Answer:
Yes, this is normal!
Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for your health query!
Few parameters, in your semen report, are just touching normal range like non-motile sperms should be less than 20% in the first hour but in your case it is 40% possibly because of mild infection as indicated by 3-4 pus cells (normal 1-2/hpf)).
However, you just need some antibiotic course and repeat analysis thereafter.
there is nothing to worry!
all the best,

Thanks a lot Doctor.
How do I increase the active motility sperms range? Also what antibiotics you recommend for me?

Brief Answer:
It is simple!
Detailed Answer:
Hi! your sperm count may vary from time to time and it could be 120 million or even above if tested in future without treatment also!
However, you may take multivitamins, coenzyme Q, zinc supplements, high protein diets, vitamin C and wear loose under garments trying to keep scrotal temperature low to increase the sperm count.
It is better to do a seminal/urine culture to confirm and identify the cause of infection before taking antibiotics. However, co-trimoxazole and erythromycin are safe medicines in such cases;
