Question: CrantineI am 5'8 and 116 lbs. I have lost 45 lbs. since May of 2014. My last test was at 0.79 and now it's at 1.13... ?

I think you are refering to Serum Creatinine test as 1.13 ( correct me if I am wrong ) . Well even this value is in the normal limits and hence nothing to worry. Probably it might have increased due to dehydration, hence kindly increase your fluid intale for few days.

Now coming to weight loss , there are many causes for it. But in your case the first thing we need to consider is recurrence of Renal Cancer. Hence I need more information on that.

1. When it was detected?
2. Apart from removal of kidney any other kind of treatment given for that?
3. Since how long its been after surgery?
4. Any scans done recently to check for your kidney status or to check spread to cancer to other parts ?
