Question: Just I have done my 8 month son stool examinations.
Result is following

Tests
Physical Examinations,
Colour- Greenish
Consistency- Soft
Mucus- +
Blood- Nil

Chemical Examinations
Reaction- Acidic
Occult Blood- Positive
Reducing Substances- Trace

Microscopic Examinations
RBC- 8-10 /hpf
Pus Cells- 50-60 /hpf
Fat Glubules- Absent
OVA/Larvae- Absent
Cysts- Absent
Veg. Cells / Fibres- Absent

please suggest me is there anything to worried.

Thanks for the query.
Looking at the report, rbc 8 to 10, pus cells 50 to 60, and occult blood positive, it looks like there is stomach bug.
Mostly may be bacterial infection.
See a doctor to start with antibiotics like cefixime or oflox (which you can get with doctors prescription.)
