Are you from Romania?
Doesn't look like cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern. It appears that you are postmenopausal and having vaginal burns which is quite common at this stage of life. It is usually due to drying up of the vagina as the ovaries are not producing any estrogen.
Your transvaginal ultrasound and pap smear does not raise any suspicion of cancer. Do you have any bleeding? If there is, then I would recommend an endometrial biopsy (from the uterine lining). Otherwise, just followup and use lubricants for vaginal dryness.
You can also discuss with your gynec regarding hormone replacement therapies.
Apart from this I don't see the need for anything else.
Sorry, I am not from Romania and I practise in XXXXXXX
Hope this helps.
Regards
