Brief Answer:
You have urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You have 20 to 40 wbc in your urine analysis. It suggest urinary tract infection.
Trace occult blood and 1+protein is common with this wbc count. Squamous epithelial cells and hyaline cast is normal finding.

You should take a course of antibiotics. Norfloxacin or levofloxacin is useful in this condition. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Drink plenty of water. Take antibiotics. You will be ok within short time.
