Question: here is my widal test report, kindly let me know whether my report is nomal? not?

Yes it is syggestive of typhoid

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for your query at HCM

Your titres "H" and "I" are quite high and suggest you are probably having typhoid.
But to confirm you must get blood culture also done.
You can start antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin or azithromycin, NSAID and serratiopeptidase for 10 to 14 days. Please make sure that you take these with a prescription from your doc.
Also get malaria smear and ICT test done.
Test for Hb, TLC, platelets and GBP done.
