Question: My Widal test result are as follows: Is it normal?
S Typhi O of 1:80
S Typhi H of 1:80
S Typhi A (H ) 1:40
S Typhi B (H ) 1:40
S Typhi O of 1:80

Widal test if done within 5-7 days of onset of fever may falsely give negative values or low values . Ideally a value of 1:160 or more is considered positive . So as per that your report is Negative .
But again don't take it as negative very seriously if the test was done within 5-7 days of onset of fever.
A confirmatory test would be IgM Typhi Dot.
