What Does These EKG Results Indicate?

Question: I have consulted similar in the past. I have a home ECG and caught these rhythms today. Please identify items marked A and B and comment on significance.
Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Standard EKG required for final conclusions...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the EKG you uploaded and can say as following:
- the A mark is more alike to an artifact
- the B mark is related to a tachycardia with long QRS, most probably a ventricular tachycardia.
However, I'd like to have the standard -EKG for final conclusions.

Would that be a NSVT?
Im not sure when it is considered a V-tach or and I do not understand the differences. Vtach ventricular tachycardia nsvt etc.
What is significance of long QRS and what is it?
Was that a serious rhythm disturbance?
Brief Answer:
VT is more serious than NSVT
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the EKG you uploaded, it is tachycardia with elongated QRS complex. I need to have standard EKG in order to judge whether it is NSVT or not. From what you send to me it looks more like NSVT.
NSVT can be resolved on its own; while ventricular tachycardia might need electric-conversion and medications. VT is a serious condition as it might be precipitated to cardiac arrest.

My echo was improved from its previous one.
Brief Answer:
Dilated cardiomyopathy&NSVT...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for providing the reports of ECHO and EKGs.
I have gone through them and noticed that you have dilated cardiomyopathy. Therefore, the EKG reports go for NSVT. Although NSVT is not as severe and XXXXXXX as VT; however, I still insist that you should keep following up with cardiologist for further exams and get the best treatment.
