Brief Answer:
Should visit emr

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.
The fact remains that a single reading of bp is not enough to warrant a change in medicines.
I however suggest that you get to emr because the blood pressure is too high and at this level the possibility of getting changes like intracranial bleeding is high.
this condition , called hypertensive emergency, needs urgent care.
Thus I think it would be good to meet the doctor.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
