I have gone through your query.Your Blood results gives the impression of Iron deficiency anemia.Hematocrit is decreased, mean cell volume also decreased-Microcytic anemia.

If you were my patient i advise Iron tablets with vitamin c and combination of folic acid and Vitamin B12 for a duration of 3 to 6 months.Hope this may help you.
