What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

calcifications
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question.
Calcific foci in the kidneys are kidney stones and non-obstructive means that they are not blocking the drainage system in any way. This is good because they can cause kidney damage if the block the drainage system. You would need to discuss this with a urologist to see if they think the kidney stones could be removed by lithotripsy or if they should just be left alone.
In the ovary a dystrophic calcification could be due to scarring or some other sort of damage to the ovary. If you were my patient I would like to get a transvaginal ultrasound of the ovary to make sure that there is nothing more serious going on.
Low B12 is not related to these finding but it is definitely a good idea to get your B12 levels up into the normal range.

labs look good except for B12
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed all of your labs and your CT report. It was good to see on the CT scan that the kidney stones are very small. These could easily resolve on their own.
Here is a site where you can get more information on avoiding other kidney stones

All of your blood tests look normal except for the low Vitamin B12. It is important that you get that retested after a few months of regular B12 supplements to make sure that it is back to normal. Low B12 can cause anemia and other problems.
let me know if you have further questions,
Best wishes,
