Brief Answer:
You can take Tramadol tablet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Most of the Medicines are metabolised in the Liver. As you are having just Fatty liver, you can take analgesics. I prescribe Tramadol for moderate pain, which is very effective. Paracetamol tablet is added to add the analgesic effect.
If you are suspicious of Liver toxicity, you better go for Liver function test(LFT).The enzymes value will give a clue.
As you going to meet your doctor tomorrow, you can discuss these things with him.Till then, you can take Tramadol tablet.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
