What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?
Question: my mother age 82 had a CT scan that showed Mild microvascular leukomalacia. She functions both physcially and mentally great for her age but has a few brain blocks occsaionally where she can not remember simple thing, like a baking square she has made for decades.
She is on b/p mediacation adn colestrol mediaction and well controlled.
I understand it is a loss of white matter of the brain. Is there any concerns or treatment we should be seeking?
