Brief Answer:
Mild Chronic Sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Upload or share the CT Scan images for am accurate assessment.

2. Mention your symptoms in detail.

3. Treatment is not decided on the scan findings alone. The symptoms and clinical findings are equally important.

4. There is hypertrophy of the inferior nasal turbinates, more on the left.

5. There is no mention of any polyp or the state of the nasal septum.

6. Mild Chronic Sinusitis, more on the right.

7. The septum in the upper part of the maxillary sinus may be a Haller Cell.

8. These findings should respond to medical therapy.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
