Brief Answer:
Nasal hypertrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query.
The scan report says you have a deviated nasal septum withnasal mucosal hypertrophy.
The sinuses are fine and need not to go for sinus surgery but if the nasal pathology is vmcausing you symptoms, a septoplasty with turbinate reduction is required.
