Brief Answer:
I need to see ECG.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See, any ECG needs to be correlated with clinical symptoms.
Also, the interpretation given by ECG machine is not 100% accurate. Most doctors don't even look at it.
I need to know the problems you had for which your ECG was done.
Also, I need to see your ECG. If you have that please Attach that.
I will be able to answer your query in a perfect way with these details.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Can be a part of LVH.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Since I don't your actual ECG to see, I can't comment perfectly, but since you don't have any Chest pain, these ECG changes can be because of LVH only. In LVH , these changes are associated, which many times ECG interperator machine reads as Acute Infarct.
I would advise in such situation a strict control of Blood Pressure including cardio protective anti Hypertensive drugs from ACE inhibitor group like Ramipril, Enalapril.
Also important is daily exercise and strict watch on your Lipid profile.
If your Cardiologist doubts he would post you for Tread Mill Test (TMT), which would clear the picture.
I don't think you need any surgery at present.
Whenever you get your ECG strip , do share it with me.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
LVH Changes.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Yes, my assumption was right. The interpretation given is just because you have LVH in ECG. And the changes that are there are seen in LVH.
So, my recommendation is to start on low dose ACE inhibitor along with Asonex-AT.
Also, go ahead for TMT.
A strict BP control is required.
I would also like to know:
1. Your Lipid profile
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Any family history of heart disease?
Revert with these details for a better help.
If you have any further query feel free to ask me.
Stay Healthy.
