Brief Answer:
RBBB is concern for you

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

As reported by ECG, RBBB means right bundle branch block which can reduce the capacity of heart or even cause arrhythmia. This is a concern but no need to worry much and should be taken care to prevent any further problem. So needs examination once. If you had any previous cardiac ischaemic episode or heart attack this can develop. Also check for serum potassium levels and renal function tests once.

But I advice you to get repeat ECG again as this may be due to problem in placement of leads or even technical error. If the report has been generated by the machine then the chance of artefact is also there. Better to get it reported by your doctor.

After detail examination if any problem your doctor may put you on blood thinner, a drug to maintain your cholesterol level and for other comorbidities if any.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.

Regards
