Brief Answer:
Report needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Can you please upload the xray report and xray film so that I can advise you better.
But according to your description it seems like a partial blockage of the tubes and thus warrants laparoscopic assessment of tubes for final confirmation of blockage.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Laparoscopy must

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in response as I got struck in some emergency surgery.
I have seen the attached reports and in my opinion you need laparoscopic assessment of the fallopian tubes to see the area of problem and that can be corrected by laparoscopy there and then if found eligible for correction.
Once the fallopian tubes open after laparoscopic surgery then you will be able to conceive naturally with the help if Simple drugs only.
But in case your tubes are found in bad position even after laparoscopic surgery then you will need to opt for test tube baby as chances of natural conception will be negligible.
So visit your gynecologist and discuss this in detail and in case you need any clarification, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Yes tubes are diseased

Detailed Answer:
Yes dear as seen in xray and well mentioned in your report that there is minimal spill of XXXXXXX from both the ends of tubes which implies that they are not patent.
Hence there is no conduit for the passage of eggs from ovaries to the uterus and thus chances of pregnancy are negligible if left to natural ways.
Either the tubes should be opened by laparoscopy or go for test tube baby and thus bypass the tubes.
So in any case the decision depends on laparoscopic findings.
Take care
