Brief answer....these reports could be both normal as well abnormal and hence may need more evaluation.
Detailed answer....
Hello,
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Although we routinely encounter such type of slightly high levels of liver enzymes and many of them are found to have no disease,we still can not or should not waive these values off.
It is better to get yourself investigated little more so that we don't miss out any treatable disease.
Such slightly high levels can be caused by
Drinking alcohol...obesity.....taking pain killers or lipid lowering medicines or contraceptive pills or herbal preparations and multivitamins etc..
If you can pinpoint some reason in the above mentioned list, then I advise you to stop that reason and get your values checked up again after 6 weeks.....
If values still high, get yourself tested thoroughly for reasons like gall stones, hepatitis B and C markers, osteoporosis, cirrhosis, hemochromatosis, wilsons disease etc
If you don't have above mentioned reasons ,then go ahead with the tests for reasons listed above straightaway.
Since it has to be properly evaluated and then managed,it is better to consult a gastroenterologist and get managed professionally and in proper way.
My endeavour is to lead you in the right direction.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best if luck
Thanks

Hello,
Probably you didn't read my answer properly. These tests are slightly out of range and may mean normal as well as abnormal also.
Certain situations like alcohol, obesity, consumption of certain medicines( I have written the detail above) can increase your values.
If you stop alcohol or stop medications, then these values would become  normal in 6 weeks.
In case you don't drink or not obese or don't take any medicines as explained above, then you consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
Thanks
