Brief Answer:
No sign of autoimmune hepatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be answering your query.

As per your query your liver function tests are absolutely normal and going by these tests chances of autoimmune hepatitis are negligible.
Hepatitis means inflammation of liver cells .Whenever there is inflammation of cells of liver intially the enzymes produced by liver will be released into blood.Hence in most of the cases liver enzyme level will shoot up in blood. This is usually the first response to any injury to liver. However to be fully sure i would suggest you to go for a Ultrasonogram liver. Its a 10 minutes noninvasive test and would make things clear.

Though an ultrasonogram is not required but this is for your full satisfaction.
Hope i answered your query well.
Kind regards.
