Brief Answer:
Surgical treatment can be done
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If the pain of the patient is not relieved by the analgesics, muscle relaxants, physiotherapy; or if the patient is having some neurological deficit anywhere in the lower body, then the surgical treatment with Microscopic Discectomy with fixation L5-S1 is the appropriate treatment plan.He can undergo the procedure to get relieved of the symptoms.
