These are suggestive of migraine.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and MRI brain findings.
I would like to reassure you that these are not serious problems and there is no need to worry. The most likely cause of your MRI changes is migraine.
Head injury has not caused any damage to brain tissue, as per the MRI report.
If you have frequent headaches, you could start preventive medications such as propranolol or topiramate tablets. These would reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.
For relief of headache, you could take naproxen or rizatriptan tablets.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Cortical atrophy alone is not an issue.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
If there is cortical atrophy, it means there is mild shrinkage of brain. This finding alone is not significant. However, if there is memory loss, then, we have to give importance to this finding, as it may represent dementia.
For headache, you can take etoricoxib or naproxen tablets after discussing with your doctor.
Best wishes,
