Brief Answer:
May be infective etiology

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your Mri is showing multiple disc prolapse with canal narrowing at different locations. The second finding of concern is soft tissue involvement of paraspinal muscles along with lower rib cage involvement.
You need to undergo contrast enhanced Mri for proper evaluation.
Possibility of infective etiology has to be kept.
If you can upload images of Mri that would be better.
Have you diabetes or suffered from tuberculosis.
How frequently you come across with tubercular patients in your working and living places.
Any history of smoking, cough, expectoration, fever, weight loss, hemoptysis, abdominal symptoms, menstrual irregularities.
If you can provide above details and imaging, I shall be able to make some more informative comments.
You should consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
