Brief Answer:
Close monitoring and consultation with orthopaedic surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health problems you are going through.

I have gone through the MRI report you sent in and noted the changes on your left knee.

Although no significant damages noted, there's still the presence of grade I sprain/tear.

As per your MRI report, and your medical history, you need a specific and close assistance with orthopaedic surgeon as surgical treatment might be needed.

For the medical part, oral pain killers recommended with anti inflammatory meds and muscle relaxant.

Apply analgesic cream locally.

Hope this helps. Wish fast recovery.

Brief Answer:
Not now, rehab therapy advised below

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

I am sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload

You have grade I sprain of medial collateral ligament; (MCL).

The treatment consists of:
- Ice
- activities for regaining complete motion of knee
- avoid sports activities or heavy motions of the knee
- anti inflammatory meds for one week after injury
- bracing with hingered brace

If still no improvement and aggravation of the symptoms, surgical repair might be required. But not now.

For the moment, it is crucial to follow rehab advice and treatment as given by your orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist.

Wish fast recovery.
