Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
There are no attachments with your question .
Please contact our HCM team if you are unable to upload .
TMT is an Similar to ECG taken while you are exercising along with other parameters. so rather than the final report if you can upload the recording I would be able to give an independent opinion .

Brief Answer:
The TMT is negative ( normal ) as per the uploaded summary
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir ,
I went through the attached reports .
The summary doesn't show anything alarming , at 34 years you are not obese and the TMT report as recorded by your doctor and the reading in summary are withen normal range . Its just for 34 year you should have achieved the heart after completion of stage 3 ,though this suggests that you are not used to regular exercise . However my above note is for overall fitness and it should not be something that is taken against of not giving insurance .
Do consult with your agent as there would have been some other reason for rejecting your insurance and probably not TMT .
Do let me know the query raised by the doctor and I might just be bale to help you with the same .

Thank you doctor for you reviewing and providing feedback. I was more worried when my insurance was denied because of some thing wrong in my body.
I couldn't attach all pages earlier due to size limit. Can I request you to take a look at other pages too.

Brief Answer:
At peak exercise there seems to be an change in rhythm of the heart . Rest
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir ,
I went through the Complete TMT you have attached .
Though the TMT is negative , during peak exercise ( The paper where your heart rate is 181 ) , the rhythm of your heart is not completely normal .
as the lowest strip of the paper is not visible and it's two light I am not completely able to deduce the exact tracing. Also in recovery it's completely normal which is again not favouring and arrhythmia. lastly it's highly unlikely that the interpreting cardiologist may miss it .
Now some questions I would like to ask ?
Did you have palpitations during that time or due you feel that your heart races for sometime before in last 1 - 2 years .
Are you overweight , Do you snore at night and did you have hypertension
The only reason why they may reject your claim is that in the TMT , If the rhythm is in real abnormal , The test cannot be considered negative .
Due to print issues and bease it's important for your insurance . I would suggest you visit an cardiologist who can see the TMT and advice you accordingly.
Generally if TMT is inconclusive, The major companies would ask for a stress thallium and if that is negative they usually don't deny policy at this young age .
Do discuss the same with your agent and doctor .
As this forum of msg is not the best to discuss such a case , I would suggest that you visit an independent cardiologist in your city and resolve the issue .
Let me know if any clarification is needed and I would be happy to help .
Regards Dr. Mody

Brief Answer:
Let me know if any assistance is needed
Detailed Answer:
Good morning,
The above factors may sometimes cause rhythm disturbances .
Two reasons why is suggested you see a doctor locally is so he can examine you and review the reports , this helps him clinically correlate , whether the report is true in context .
This is important for both , Your personal health and the insurance part.
I am myself associated with LIC , which is rather the largest company in the country. In a young male the insurance is denied only if there is very strong reason to do so .
Also I would suggest that you call me through HCM as it's easier to resolve your doubt with a simultaneous discussion .
