I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes,there is mass in both hilar region of lungs.It may be a enlarged lymph node,lung malignancy etc.
Lymph node may be enlarged due to many reasons like infection,malignancy etc.

Biopsy and histopathological examination is the best way for accurate diagnosis.
It helps in grading, type of malignancy so i suggest you go for these investigations.

There are also signs of diffuse involvement in oral cavity, liver etc seen in PET scan.

It is most likely lymph node origin tumour,may be lymphoma because there are diffuse involvement in whole body which is characteristic of lymphoma.

I had a biopsy but it was in the lower right side not sure if hilar region. Is that outside the lung? The nodules inside the lung looked like small black spots I was awake this came back clean but they had recommended a lypmnode biopsy. They found on the pet scan innumerable metabolic lypmnode in your opinion what age would this be. I'm going to cancer center treatment of XXXXXXX Monday...

Blood report may indicate anemia.You may indicate iron and folic acid tablet supplementation.
SGOT is mildly raised,it is a non specific finding and it may be increased in many conditions.
High anion gap may be due to uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
Other findings indicate mild deviations and it is acceptable.
