Brief Answer:
X-ray wrist in oblique view will help more.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached X-ray. There is a fracture of neck of fifth metacarpal with mild displacement. Surgery is not needed for this fracture. It will heal well in cast in 4-6 weeks.
There seems to be a fracture in scaphoid bone also in the wrist . To confirm this, X-ray of wrist in oblique view will be more helpful.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
