Brief Answer:
No significant problem in the ultrasound pictures.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in tous.

Ihave read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The pancreas head, neck and proximal region appears in normal configuration and there is no obvious abnormal area visualized.

2. The right and left lobes of liver are normal in size and show normal liver parenchyma. There is no focal lesion. The portal vein is normal. There is mild fatty changes in the liver which is not a problem. This is a subjective interpretation and some might find the liver normal.

3. The gall bladder is normal and wall thickness isnormal. The common bile duct is normal.

4. The size of the right kidney is normal. There is no obvious lesion in the right kidney.

5. This ultrasound scan is not showing any problem areas. However the weight loss and increased CA 19-9 which you have required detailed investigation probably a CT scan. An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is suggested.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
