What is your advice in my case ?
Brief Answer:
Get an appointment for a Fertility Specialist at a fertility clinic
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the followup query.
Low AMH levels indicate With increasing female age, the size of their pool of remaining microscopic follicles decrease. Likewise, their blood AMH levels and the number of ovarian antral follicles visible on ultrasound also decrease. It has been documented that women with lower AMH have lower antral follicular counts and produce a lower number of oocytes (eggs).
I would suggest you to get an appointment for a Fertility Specialist at a fertility clinic near your area. He will go through all your history and lab workup first to correlate the cause. Then he will advise you how to proceed.
Thank You & Wishing you good health !!

Detailed Answer:
Hello
thank you for the followup query. You can ask as many questions as you want. I'll be available 24/7 for if you need any guidance.
AMH levels can be hard to change (much like it is hard to stop the aging process) but certain research indicates that the following factors may play a role. Don’t expect your AMH to raise rapidly. Some researches have shown that Vit-D supplements along with chinese herbs have shown some improvements. You can discuss further with a Fertility Specialist as he will be specialized in that field.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
