Send Doppler report and see a Surgeon for the pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Good to hear from you again.
You had told me about the findings of your arterial Doppler which showed mildly decreased flow. There was no mention of your veins in that question. If you send me your Doppler report then I would be able to tell you about the vein status of your limb. Since you had no pain in your limb on walking or at rest I had advised you to not undergo Surgery or Angioplasty.
About your UTI, I believe it has been treated well since you do not have any symptoms. So, don't worry about it.
You should not have 4 beers at a time. Please avoid binging. It will deteriorate the condition of your limbs. Try to curtail yourself and it will do you good. Since you are in good health at your age, I would really want you to carry on the good work.
For your spasms you should see a Surgeon or a Vascular Surgeon who can examine you and advice accordingly. It is most likely not Vascular and would probably be a Nerve issue. I cant really tell you without examining you.
Do let me know how else I can help you,
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

what kind of dr do i go to for spasms a near or north. i ask bout beer just once my son getting married!do you think my legs would swell more?
i meant neurologist or orthpeadist/chiropractor
Please see a Neurologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
For the spasms you should see a Neurologist. He would be able to help you and rule out any nerve compression.
UTI and Hypertension are two different entities. Treatment of Hypertension is unlikely to help the UTI but these medicines can help in urinary flow.
As for the beer you can have one or two whenever occasionally. But binges should be avoided.
I dont think you should worry about the arterial disease in your limb. However you should keep close watch and get yearly Vascular checkups.
Take care.

Consult a Neurologist for your spasms and Surgeon for the bumps.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
You should consult a Neurologist for the spasms in your limbs. Probably the muscle relaxant medicines should be continued if they were relieving you well. The Neurologist can run some tests to know the reason of your spasms and then the treatment can be instituted. Did you mention the big humps to the Vascular Surgeon? Without examining it would be very difficult for me to say what they are. If the Vascular Surgeon did not comment upon them you could see a General surgeon who would be able to examine you and tell what they are. Only then can we begin to treat it.
Take care and dont worry.
The good part is that the arteries and veins are normal.
