Brief Answer:
Your blood sugar is slightly low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin and hematocrit is at low normal range. Your creatinine level is normal. So no need to worry about these findings. It has nothing to do with headache.

Your blood sugar level is slightly low. You should go for repeat fasting and post prandial blood sugar test. If it is persistently low then you should take treatment of that.

You should check for blood pressure and refractory error also. If there is any problem with that then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Iron rich food will help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You should take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jeggary etc. Iron and vitamin B12 supplements can also taken if needed. But it is needed in low hemoglobin. Your hemoglobin level is at low normal range. So diet is sufficient.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
